  • 公司名稱: Smartable Holding Limited


  • A world—class laundry located in Coloane Macau, consisted of 2 main facilities — a new tailor—made and state—of—the—art laundry plant of 73,000s.f., dedicating to linen services, and a reconstructed high—standard plant of 120,000s.f. for uniform, guest valet and linen services which is adjacent to the aforementioned laundry plant.

    Since commencement of operation in late 2008, Smartable has acquired almost all important quotations in Macau.

CFO/財務總監

Qualifications:
 
  1. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration and other related majors, master's degree is preferred;
  2. Having 10 years or more of advanced financial management experience;
  3. Those holding the "CPA" qualification certificate are preferred;
  4. Having financial strategic thinking and business awareness;
  5. Proficient in data analysis and providing financial strategic guidance;
  6. Excellent team leadership skills;
  7. Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Main Job Responsibilities:

  1. Organize and establish a comprehensive financial and tax management system;
  2. Organize and establish a comprehensive risk management system;
  3. Provide professional support for important decisions;
  4. Participate in corporate financial strategic planning;
  5. Fund planning, financing and capital operation.

任職資格：

  1. 金融、會計、工商管理等相關專業本科學歷，碩士優先；
  2. 具有10年或以上高級財務管理經驗；
  3. 持有“註冊會計師”資質證書優先；
  4. 具備財務戰略思維與商業意識；
  5. 擅長數據分析並提供財務策略指導；
  6. 優秀的具有團隊領導能力；
  7. 優秀的書面和口頭溝通能力。

主要工作職責：

  1. 組織建立全面財務與稅務管理體系；
  2. 組織建立全面風險管理體系；
  3. 為重要決策提供專業支援；
  4. 參與企業財務戰略規劃；
  5. 資金籌劃、融資及資本運作。
