Job Responsibilities: • Project Evaluation & Investment Assessment: Conduct financial feasibility studies, capital budgeting, and ROI/NPV/IRR analyses to evaluate and provide data-driven recommendations of new business projects, and strategic investments that align with Macau Tower’s long-term growth objectives. • Budgeting & Cost Control: Establish and enforce a budgetary control framework across all departments. Proactively monitor departmental expenditures, conduct detailed variance analyses, and implement cost-containment strategies to safeguard profit margins while preserving the guest experience quality. • Owner Relations & Financial Reporting: Act as the primary finance lead for preparing high-level financial reports, dashboards, and strategic insights. Serve as the core presenter in regular meetings to report financial performance and strategic updates directly to the Owner Representatives. • Contract Review & Legal Collaboration: Review and assist in drafting legal contracts and commercial agreements by collaborating closely with the in-house Legal Team to mitigate financial and operational risks. • Corporate Governance & Risk Assurance: Continuously assess, refine, and fortify the internal control ecosystem across all financial and operational workflows. Ensure stringent compliance with legal requirements and corporate policies, embedding a culture of strong governance and proactive risk mitigation throughout the organization. • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and structuralize all employees of different teams, overseeing daily financial operations, cash flow management, internal controls and related administration support. Job Requirements: • Bachelor or above degree in Finance and Accounting with CPA/ACCA. • At least 20 years of financial management experience in Macau’s tourism, hospitality or entertainment sectors, 10 years at senior managerial level of sizeable company. • Familiar with accounting software (e.g. FlexSystem) and skilled in managing attraction-related system (e.g. Ticketing & Reservation) with a proven ability to design robust internal controls for operational revenue flows. • Strong experience managing enterprise-level budgeting and cost control systems, alongside the business acumen to evaluate risks and financial viability for tourism-sector projects. • Deep understanding of MFRS, HKFRS, and both Hong Kong and Macau tax laws to ensure absolute corporate compliance. • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin is an advantage.
