Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. • Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to maintain financial health and stability. • Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and identify cost-saving opportunities. • Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and external financial institutions as required. • Develop and implement internal financial controls and procedures. • Ensure compliance with relevant financial laws, regulations, and corporate policies. • Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental goals. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA are preferred. • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience and able to handle full set of accounts a MUST, preferably in property management or related fields. • Strong understanding of financial regulations, reporting standards, and accounting principles. • Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Excel. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Strong leadership and team management abilities. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
