Finance Manager

Primary Responsibilities

Strategic planning:

Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
Research and develop potential income sources to assist maximizing company’s wealth
Identifying strengths and weaknesses for various plans for Management’s reference and decision

Financial Reporting:

Handle full set of accounts
Conduct financial and operational analysis and KPIs monitoring and improvement
Treasury management and implement corporate guidelines
Involve in procedures and internal controls review and enhancement
Preparation of monthly financial report to management
Work with different stakeholders, providing insightful advice to support the business development.
Manage the overall daily operations of the department in accordance and compliance with the management’s’ directives, group accounting policies
Able to independently lead work and provide guidance/instructions to other members.
Able to identify problems in the course of carrying out one’s work and implement appropriate solutions with supervisor.
Perform ad-hoc assignments as required.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting/Finance or related field
Minimum 5 years Accounts experience
Self-initiative, independent, able to work in multi-tasks and meet tight deadlines
Good command in MS Office and complete knowledge of Accounting Software
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing and in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Experience in catering accounting and tax issue is preferred
