HR & Accounts Assistant

 Job Responsibilities:

• Perform HR & Accounting functions with specialization in Payroll
• Assists in analyzing and designing compensation package, tax reporting, etc.
• Support HR administrative duties such as maintaining leave management, staff personal data and personnel file records to ensure that all data are updated in a timely manner
• Support other ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:

• Secondary graduated or above
• At least 2 years’ experience in Payroll administration preferably in Retail Industry, with HR experience is a plus
• Positive attitude, honest and responsible person
• Detailed-minded and has strong team spirit
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Immediate available is an advantage
