Responsibilities: • Report directly to Vice President • Generate sales and profitability of the Company to achieve pre-set budgets, mainly in the areas of exhibition design and construction, events, interior fitting-out and other related business of the Company • Continuously develop new clients while expanding on business opportunities with existing clients • Manage overall day-to-day operation and to develop and maintain basic objectives, policies and operating plans in accordance with Corporate policies • Manage Human Resource requirements and planning and to provide effective direction, motivation, counselling and training to staff • Manage internal control by prescribing the specific limitations of the authority of subordinates regarding policies, contractual commitments, expenditures and personnel actions • Ensure healthy financial position of the Company at all times • Monitor and ensure efficiency and service quality standards are achieved. • Provide support to Corporate objectives and activities Requirements: • University graduate • Min 8 years hands on and managerial supervisory experience in project management in exhibitions, conventions and events industry • With management exposures in Macao / PRC and familiarity with regional practices and working knowledge of relevant government regulations relating to the industry will be an advantage • Good presentation, interpersonal, organising and communication skills • Self-motivated & adaptable to new business environment • Excellent spoken and written English and preferably also Chinese • Candidates with more experience will be considered as General Manager For Enquiry, please reach us at (852) 6695 2140 (24hrs) via “WhatsApp”, ”Line” “WeChat”, ”Viber” & “Tango”.
