Project Manager

【Responsibilities】
 
  1. Supervise your engagement field team, including the completion of performance reviews and providing on-site training;
  2. Providing guidance, coaching and constructive feedback to team members;
  3. Assisting with the preparation of audit proposals and presentations;
  4. Work on other types of engagements such as review engagements, agreed-upon-procedure engagements and so on;
  5. Liaise with your own portfolio of clients throughout the year to agree on and set timetables;
  6. Act as the audit in-charge for larger clients to perform the briefing and lead the team to deliver the audit;
  7. Maintain regular communication with the line manager, partner and client on issues and the progress of the engagement.

【Experience】

  1. At least three years relevant audit experience;
  2. Self-starter with good analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem solving;
  3. Strong business awareness and ability to identify audit issues arising from commercial transactions;
  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English;
  5. With the ability to multi-task, be flexible and work under pressure;
  6. Socially confident with good diplomacy and organizational skills;
  7. Qualified CPA, ACCA or equivalent is preferred.
