  • The Bank of East Asia, Limited is the largest independent local bank in Hong Kong. To cope with the business operation in Macau, we are now seeking high calibre persons to take up the following positions in BEA Macau Branch.

Retail Banking – Clerk (Customer Services Representative)

Job Duties:
 
  • Provide excellent customer service to customers and maintain amicable relationship with existing customers
  • Identify customers’ needs and provide banking solutions to meet their financial needs;
  • Prepare and conduct customer’s periodic profile review; and
  • Work closely with corporate banking colleagues of the Bank Group for business referrals and cross-selling of banking products

Requirements:

  • University graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in banking or financial sector of which at least 1 year in banking sector
  • Mature, independent and customer-focused
  • Proactive, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua a plus
