Responsibilities 1. Handle full set of accounts independently. 2. Prepare monthly financial reports and budget analyses. 3. Check payment requests to ensure completeness and compliance with financial policies, procedures and contractual requirements. 4. Review and record daily income report as well as perform sequential check for completeness and accuracy of client's income. 5. Assist in preparation of ad-hoc reports. Requirements 1. Diploma or Degree in Accountancy. 2. 3 years or above relevant accounting experience, preferably in property management or investment. 3. Computer literate, proficiency in MS Excel, knowledge in Flex Account System preferable. 4. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. 5. Independent, initiative and self-motivated.
