Position Summary: Senior Credit Analyst is responsible for supervising the Casino Credit department in accordance with business objectives and departmental service standards. Primary Responsibilities: • Assist in developing and maintaining appropriate reporting systems, and ensure adherence to time lines for management reporting • Preparation of credit proposal for management’s approval, ensure credit approval decision in accordance with company’s authority matrix is obtained and documented, and relevant parties informed • Assist in the daily analysis and reporting of credit aging for review by management and escalate long outstanding balances as appropriate. Prepare other adhoc reports as requested by management. • To ensure all incoming requests are processed in a timely and accurate manner and subsequent information is disseminated in a timely and accurate manner to other departments • To review documents and reports and maintaining awareness of any deviations and report on matters consistent with the compliance of policies and procedures • To establish and maintain a strong rapport with our people and our customers, ensuring the provision of professional, timely and accurate service • Working closely with marketing personnel with regards to collection strategy for overdue outstanding • Ensure re-activation of credit line comply with policy. Escalate for management's approval when required. Requirements: • Previous experience in gaming credit • Tertiary qualification in Business or Finance • Fluent in English and good in Mandarin • Experience liaising with executive and senior management • Excellent communication skill • Strong focus and attention to details • Motivated to achieve business objectives and common goals • Require to work according to the roster (Weekends and Public holidays) • Previous experience in supervisory level
