Position Summary: Senior Manager – Financial Planning and Analysis (NG 11) will report to the AVP of Corp FP&A as a member of the Corporate FP&A team. To support the preparation, reporting and audit of GEG's Gaming Concession Renewal investment commitment. Have the ability to collaborate and work across multi property functional areas and lead /manage the activities of direct reports. The candidate should be able to successfully partner with senior leaders to execute planning, forecasting and analysis. Primary Responsibilities: • Foster strong partnerships and cooperation with GEG Gaming Concession Renewal (NG11) Project Leads and Gaming Concession Committee convener (GCC) • Understand GEG Gaming Concession renewal projects and investment commitments. • Support the GCC in preparation of the annual NG 11 plan. • Support financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders, reporting progress and achievement of NG 11 financial goals. • Support NG 11 audit documentation and assist in the annual DICJ audit. • Support the AVP of FP&A in maintaining relationships with NG 11 Project Leads, Gaming Concession Committee convener and management teams to understand business problems and analytical needs. • Support the AVP of FP&A in executing on the strategic vision for the team, problem resolution, and supporting a culture enabling development of high-performing. Plan, schedule, and manage efficiency in completing job responsibilities. • Identifies and recommends strategic opportunities to improve operating performance with senior leadership. • Performs all other job related duties as requested. Requirements: • At least 5 years of leadership experience. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Administration or quantitative discipline. • Previous FP&A experience, including non-gaming performance. Understand the connection between Finance, Property, and Corporate Departments. • Ability to self-manage while consistently exercising good judgment and maturity. • Ability to appropriately manage confidential departmental and corporate information. • Ability to work on multiple levels from resolving individual support issues to leading large strategic programs. • Ability to anticipate situations, tools needed, and obstacles through critical thinking and review of business performance. • Possess excellent communication skills and demonstrate ability to resolve all situations in a professional manner. Must be able to write and produce memos and executive summaries. • Have initiative and strive for continuous improvement.
