數據雲平台搭建師

主要職務:
• 參與制定數據架構，並實施數據治理落地工作;
• 負責企業數據中台或數據治理諮詢服務專案。包括售前技術支援、使用者需求溝通、方案編寫和彙報工作;
• 負責規劃數據治理解決方案，參與數據治理專案規劃、論證，制定實施方案;
• 負責收集及分析數據治理需求，完成公司數據治理產品優化反覆運算; 協助產品團隊孵化數據治理開發工具（元數據管理、數據品質管理、數據生命週期管理等）。
• 負責數據治理方法論沉澱及反覆運算。

履歷要求:
• 本科以上信息技術類相關學歷。
• 2年以上數據管理、數據治理等方面工作經驗，具備四大及以上知名諮詢公司背景;
• 作為專案核心成員參與過3個以上集團級數據治理或數位化轉型項目的實施工作;
• 熟練掌握數據治理相關方法論和數據治理體系架構，深入理解數據品質管理、數據標準管理、企業級數據建模、主數據管理等方法;
• 熟悉開源的數據治理工具或者成熟商用的數據治理工具;
• 具備製造和能源垂直行業知識，熟悉SAP、MES、MDM等，具備相關工業行業KA項目數據治理落地經驗優先;
• 具有較強的分析和解決問題的能力，良好的學習能力和團隊合作精神，追求價值實現，認同目標管理。
• 良好的中英文讀寫能力和溝通表達能力
