Responsibilities：

• Provide support for hardware setup and maintenance such as PC, server, printer, scanner, IPTV etc…
• Provide Windows operation support.
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for error reporting.
• Data Center services including cabling, telecom setup, Server/Computer or ELV room daily installation and maintenance.
• HelpDesk service operation.

Qualification or Experience：

• Diploma or higher in Information Technology or relevant field is preferred.
• 1-3 years relevant working experience (Fresh graduate also be considered).
• Knowledge and experience on MS Windows.
• Good team player and communication skills.
• Good planning and analytical skills with attitude.
• Preferrable: CCNA, HCIA or ITIL Foundation.
• Command of spoken and written English.
