項目巡檢工程師

主要職務:
• 根據工程巡檢計劃，針對不同類型的工程，不同的施工階段及時期，確定工程巡檢內容;
• 按照巡檢計劃內容及巡檢管理制度進行各項檢查，查看工程實體、節點構造、安全措施關鍵部位進行檢查，並形成書面報告;
• 針對發現的問題出具書面整改意見，督促專案部落實整改和回復，並對問題整改情況進行檢查落實;
• 對發現的施工現場嚴重違規行為或重大安全、質量隱患，要立即制止;
• 巡檢項目結束後，整理專案巡檢報告、影音資料存檔，負責工程巡檢部技術檔、資料檔案的管理。

任職要求：
• 大學專科及以上學歷
• 從事3年以上工程現場施工或技術管理工作，具有較豐富的現場施工經驗和發現並解決技術、質量問題的能力;
• 熟悉掌握基礎的電腦辦公軟體;
• 擁有測量員證或探傷證優先考慮。
