職位內容

Responsibilities:

To assist on managing the project works under the supervision from the Project Manager.
To assist on Pre-sales and post-sales support with Sales Manager.
To monitor the site progress of the projects under his responsibility and ensure that the project(s) is/are within target completion date and budget.
To prepare all required project submissions such as material, sample, shop drawings, as-built drawing, operation & maintenance manual submissions, etc.
To regularly report the latest project progress with the Project Manager at timely manner and seek immediate advice from the Project Manager for any irregularities or problems being encountered.
Attend client, consultant, main contractor meetings with the Project Manager for project progress matters.
To render his supervision, planning and leadership to achieve the project milestones, including documentation, implementation, testing & commissioning, practical completion, handover, defect liability period and final contract sum agreement.
Observe the environmental, health and safety policy and regulation.

Requirements:

Local Macau citizen and eligible to work in Macau.
University degree holder in Electronic Engineering or relevant discipline.
Candidate with extensive and relevant working experiences but without the said academic qualification will also be considered.
At least 8 years relevant working experience in project / construction management in Security and/or ELV System installation for infrastructure or medium size of project.
Be self-motivated and good communication skills with different levels of trades at site.
Proficiency in using AUTOCAD software for preparing of shop drawings.
With strong interpersonal skill and well experiences in project management.
With good PC skills and good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese.
