崗位職責：
  1. 參與項目核心開發和系統維護工作；
  2. 負責功能模塊設計、接口設計、編碼實現、性能調優等工作
  3. 負責根據開發規範與流程獨立完成編碼、測試及相關文檔；
  4. 協助項目經理及質量保證人員保證項目的質量。
  5. 其他項目問題的處理
任職要求
  1. 精通C#，VisualStudio，.net相關開發框架，熟悉MVC、WebAPI，熟悉JSON等協議，熟悉數據庫、反射等技術
  2. 具備獨立需求調研，需求分析與功能設計經驗
  3. 掌握.net core 平台特性及.net standard 規範
  4. 具備良好的編程風格，具備優秀的界面設計、模塊設計、組件化設計、基礎模塊的持續開發及優化能力
  5. 熟悉面向對象和接口開發.常用設計模式.至少一種常用的數據庫.多線程開發，跨平台版本發布及部署等
  6. 掌握.Net 後台開發技術棧，RESTFul 規範，Redis，EF 等
  7. 了解Git/Gitlab，Agile敏捷項目開發
  8. 代碼書寫習慣良好，有代碼潔癖更好；責任心強，工作踏實
  9. 具MongoDB，Kafka，Microservices 項目開發經驗者優先
