Our client is a Bank in Macau. They are currently looking for a Head of Information Technology Department to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of IT operations, including Infrastructure, Servers, Databases, Data Center, Service Management, Security, and more.

• Ensure the stability of system platforms, adherence to SLAs for IT services, and alignment with cybersecurity standards.

• Design and manage infrastructure and IT operations solutions that meet both functional and technical requirements.

• Responsible for coordinating with external regulators and auditors regarding regulatory matters.

• Oversee cyber and technology risks associated with existing infrastructure, applications, and new technology solutions in digital transformation projects.

Requirements:

• University graduate, preferably with a major in Computer Science.

• CISSP or CISP professional qualifications is a must.

• Over 15 years' experience in the backing IT sector.

• At least 5 years in supervision of IT operations and 5 years in projects management.

• Solid experience in Core Banking System and Cyberbanking project management.

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.

• Good understanding of relevant bank's IT policies, procedures, practices and rules.

• Strong technical knowledge of the Bank's IT products and services.

• A team player with good communication skills and risk awareness.

• Able to lead a team to ensure excellent services are provided.

• Fluent in Putonghua is preferable.
