IT Application Service Assistant Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and support enterprise IT applications
• Ensure system stability and smooth daily operations
• Lead application incidents and user support
• Coordinate application projects with users and vendors
• Support UAT and user training

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree holder or equivalent relevant experience, with proven hands on experience in enterprise application support
• Strong coordination and vendor management skills
• Good communication and problem solving abilities
