IT Specialist, Information Comm. Technology Operations (Ref. 464)

Job Description:

  • To support and maintain core business applications
  • To monitor all application services are performing in a steady manner
  • To provide analytical studies and resolution for application issues
  • To work and communicate with higher tier support staff for incident and problem solution
  • Report to Duty Head/Senior Manager on daily operation

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree holder in Computer Science, Information System or equivalent
  • Fluency in spoken / written English and Chinese
  • Knowledge in programming language such as Java, PLSQL/SQL and database in Oracle and/or MS SQL server
  • Skill in writing technical documents and specifications
  • To work on 24 hour shift basis
