Our client is an International Bank in Macau. They are now looking for an IT Support Specialist to join their team.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to end users, addressing hardware and software incidents and problems.
Monitor and troubleshoot virtual server environments to ensure smooth operation and identify potential issues.
Assist in lifecycle management tasks, including patching and software updates, to maintain system security and performance.
Perform user account administration duties, including creating, modifying, and disabling user profiles as needed.
Manage IT assets and inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation of hardware and software resources.
Coordinate the installation and upgrades of physical and virtual desktops and laptops, ensuring efficient deployment and minimal disruption to end users.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
At least 3-5 years' experience in IT field.
Qualifications and/or knowledge in Cybersecurity would be advantageous.
Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of diagnosing, evaluating, and resolving complex issues.
Ability to escalate or forward problems to appropriate IT staff when necessary.
Dynamic and proactive approach to work.
Strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
Must be a holder of Macau ID.
