Our client is an International Bank in Macau. They are now looking for an IT Support Specialist to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to end users, addressing hardware and software incidents and problems.

• Monitor and troubleshoot virtual server environments to ensure smooth operation and identify potential issues.

• Assist in lifecycle management tasks, including patching and software updates, to maintain system security and performance.

• Perform user account administration duties, including creating, modifying, and disabling user profiles as needed.

• Manage IT assets and inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation of hardware and software resources.

• Coordinate the installation and upgrades of physical and virtual desktops and laptops, ensuring efficient deployment and minimal disruption to end users.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.

• At least 3-5 years' experience in IT field.

• Qualifications and/or knowledge in Cybersecurity would be advantageous.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of diagnosing, evaluating, and resolving complex issues.

• Ability to escalate or forward problems to appropriate IT staff when necessary.

• Dynamic and proactive approach to work.

• Strong sense of responsibility and accountability.

• Must be a holder of Macau ID.
