The WDG Macau Ltd. customer base includes several large internationally registered public companies as well as many significant privately held entities.

The senior management team within the group comprises, of necessity, highly skilled executives with critical experience in the field of complex system solutions for the casino environment, knowledge of casino and resort operations at the most advanced level and high-level understanding of the strategic importance of solutions which meet the compliance, security, financial integrity and customer relationship needs of resort operators.

IT Support Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and energetic candidate to work for a cutting-edge technology company, and acquire insight into the casino gaming industry. This position requires a driven and motivated individual with a desire to provide the best possible service to the customer.

Position: IT Support Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows, Mac, and Linux servers.
• OS patch management and software applications.
• Windows scripting.
• Monitor and optimize system performance in both Windows and Linux environments to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Monitor network equipment in the in-house lab environment, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues on both Windows and Linux platforms.
• Perform system backups and recovery procedures in both Windows and Linux environments to safeguard data integrity.
• Collaborate with other IT staff to plan and execute system upgrades and enhancements in both Windows and Linux environments.
• Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for Windows and Linux systems.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users on system-related matters in macOS, Windows, and Linux environments.
• Assist in the procurement and deployment of new hardware and software in macOS, Windows, and Linux environments.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in Windows, Mac, and Linux server administration.
• Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., ESXi, Azure) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
