Our client is a Five-Star Hotel, they are now seeking an IT System Manager to join them.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of information systems.
Manage hardware and software installations and upgrades.
Ensure system reliability, security and optimal performance of the systems.
Implement upgrades and enhancements as needed, considering business requirements and industry best practices.
Develop and execute an IT strategy aligned with company goals and objectives.
Lead IT projects, including system implementations and upgrades.
Maintain PCI and annual audit compliance by adhering to relevant standards and practices.
Collaborate with vendors for issue resolution and service improvements.
Provide effective training for all computer systems and networks user.
Requirements
Degree holder in Information System / Computer Programming or related disciplines.
At least 3 years' experience in IT management role.
Prior experience in the hotel industry or large-scale operations is preferred.
Proactive, responsible, good problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good written and spoken English and Chinese.
