Paradise Entertainment Limited is a listed company in Hong Kong that engages in casino management and development, supply and leasing of game machinery & equipment. Our subsidiary LT Game Limited is one of the major gaming and casino providers in Macau and Asia Pacific region. To cope with our rapid expansion, we would like to invite high caliber candidates to fill the following position:



Responsibilities:

Design, install, and configure complex internal and customer-facing servers, network devices, and firewalls.
Proactively manage, maintain, and optimize server, network, and firewall systems.
Administer and support advanced Microsoft, Cisco, Citrix, and VMware technologies.
Lead the development and implementation of project plans, risk assessments, and contingency plans.
Architect and implement monitoring, configuration management, and reporting functions to achieve a highly automated environment.
Define, document, and enforce best practices and support procedures.
Provide expert-level after-hours support for infrastructure-related emergencies and occasional weekend maintenance.
Maintain detailed inventory and asset configuration documentation.
Lead the evaluation, recommendation, and negotiation with hardware, firewall, telecom, and software vendors.
Mentor and cross-train team members on existing and emerging technologies.
Execute special projects as directed by management.
Collaborate with customers and staff at all technical levels as required.
Requirements:

Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) or equivalent certification in relevant programs preferred.
Extensive experience with Windows Server 2019 and Windows 10/11 Operating Systems.
Proven experience managing an infrastructure with more than 50 Windows Servers.
Expertise in large-scale deployments and rollouts.
Comprehensive experience managing Citrix, 2X, and Terminal Server installations.
Advanced proficiency with server virtualization technologies such as VMware ESXi or Microsoft Hyper-V.
In-depth understanding of LAN/WAN networking.
Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or higher certification preferred.
Mastery in Group Policy design and configuration.
Proficient in Microsoft IIS administration and configuration.
Strong Linux/UNIX administration skills.
Expertise in Active Directory/LDAP user and group administration.
Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues, including backbone infrastructure.
Advanced knowledge of LAN Routing and Switching design, configuration, and troubleshooting (VLANs, IP Subnetting, 802.1Q trunks).
Exceptional communication and documentation skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage projects of varying lengths.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and the ability to complete tasks independently.
Linux/UNIX administration
Active Directory/LDAP user and group administration Ability to troubleshoot network issues including back bone infrastructure issues
Strong communication and documentation skills
Flexible and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
