Our client is an IT Solution Company in Macau. They are now seeking a Lead Developer to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software applications.

• Mentor and support junior developers, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.

• Define project scopes and objectives, engaging all relevant stakeholders.

• Conduct code reviews to uphold best practices and coding standards.

• Diagnose and resolve complex software issues, delivering timely and effective solutions.

• Maintain thorough project documentation and actively contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

• More than 5 years of experience in software development, with a solid foundation in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.

• Preferred certifications in relevant technologies or methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE II).

• Demonstrated experience in leading development teams and managing projects effectively.

• Exceptional client-facing and internal communication skills.

• Strong organizational abilities, with a keen attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.

• Proficient in both spoken and written English.

• Must hold a Macau ID.
