Position Summary: As a member of the Solution Development team, the Manager - Project Management provides high quality and timely consultancy and project/program management services on a variety of Gaming and Non-Gaming systems. He/she will work under the supervision and guidance from his/her reporting supervisor to proactively research, define and drive business IT-related initiatives to success. The position requires an experienced and motivated individual with the abiltiy to utilize their talents, skills, and abilities in a coordinated and consistent team effort. Primary Responsibilities: - Drive key business initiatives for Gaming and Non-Gaming systems, with a vision to deliver quality solutions benefiting internal business stakeholders and the group as a whole. - Oversee implementation of Gaming and/or Non-Gaming related applications involving development of requirements, functional and technical specifications of the applications; - Manage the solution and 'virtual' project teams in terms of resource planning, work quality, deliverable and timeliness; - Provide resource and consulting support to relevant business projects, directing the applications functionality, integration needs and infrastructure and related technology components within agreed standards. - Manage vendors ensuring open and transparent relationship that clearly defines the preferential status and demonstrates a beneficial service/commercial rates; - Effective handover to the IS&T Operations team of specific design and operating support instructions for both infrastructure and applications. - Work in close partnership with the IS&T Partners to consolidate the strategic needs and desires from the business to identify and prioritize future initiatives. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, systems analysis, or a related study, or equivalent experience. - 5 or more years of experience in not less than one IT discipline including, but not limited to business analysis & design, project & program management, application support, IT & business systems operations, etc. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to communicate in English.
