Network Assistant

Job Description

Responsible for drafting the flowcharts and diagrams on the network operations
Conduct regular analysis on the problems discovered from the hardware and software
Monitor the network systems regularly to prevent any possible intrusions and damages
Ensure the network connectivity of all workstations
Manage and conduct maintenance regularly on the network hardware, including the configuration and restoration of the relevant network resources

Job Specification

Diploma or degree in Information Technology or other subject equivalent
Macau BIR Holder
1 years of working experience in the design of network infrastructure and technical support; Candidates with less experience may also be considered
Responsible, self-motivated and willing to learn; Able to work independently and with a team as well
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Knowledge on Ethernet, TCP/IP, IP routing protocol, LAN switching, network security and IP infrastructure, etc; Knowledge on and experience with the Wired and Wireless Networking settings and relevant hardware; Proficient in understanding and diagram existing network
