QA Teaster 軟件測試員

Responsibility
- Create and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure that industry standards and regulations are met.
- Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to verify software functionality, performance, usability, and security.
- Perform manual and automated testing, including functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, and performance testing.
- Identify and document software bugs or issues, then collaborate with the development team to track and fix them.
- Work with cross-functional teams of developers, project managers, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and assure quality throughout the software development life cycle.
- To evaluate the overall quality of the programme, monitor and analyse indicators such as defect density, test coverage, and test effectiveness.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in QA methodologies, tools, and technologies, and implement best practices.

Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and process
- Proficiency in creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Able to analyze and solve problems in a service driven organization
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of manual and automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Understanding of Agile development approaches such as Scrum.
- For test automation, knowledge of programming languages and scripting, such as Java, Python, or Selenium, is required.
- Understanding of the software development and testing life cycles.
- Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritise work and pay close attention to detail.
