Position Summary Senior Analyst - Quality Assurance should responsible to manage and execute the application QA and testing activities, with the results measurement to ensure that the software products are delivered in accordance with the specifications and business requirements. He/ she will be required to assist the superior to ensure proper governance policies and processes being executed. Primary Responsibility - Execute the defined Quality Assurance/Software Testing processes and guidelines. - Perform review of specifications and documents, meet with users and conduct workshops to understand business requirements for new systems, program enhancements and fixes. - Drive the QA/UAT tasks and activities with relevant parties to meet testing milestones. - Apply analytical thinking to define and document test scenarios. - Contribute to the preparation and validation of test cases and test data. - Assist users to isolate possible problems and suggest program modifications and improvements. - Documents, tracks and communicates test plans, test results, analysis, and unresolved problems. - Maintain a library of reusable test cases and testing artifacts for utilization in new projects. - Partner with Project Lead, Developers and Business Champions to ensure the validated deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirements. - Control testing environments by proper version control and release management. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related area of study, or equivalent experience. - Minimum 3-4 years of experience in hospitality/casino industry on supporting or relevant quality assurance experience. - Experience on test scripts creation, software testing and test automation tools will be an advantage. - Effective time management and organization skills with the capacity to handle multi tasks. - Good analytical and problem solving skills. - Good written and verbal communication skills with a good ability to communicate in English. The ability to communicate in - Cantonese and/or Mandarin is required. - Able to work under pressure to support fast-paced business. - Willing to learn new technology and ability to learn individually. - Prior experience working with casino and hotel management systems is an advantage.
