Senior Technician, Infrastructure & Access (Quality Assurance) (Ref. 353)

 Job Description:
- Conduct mobile radio network optimization by measurements, statistics analysis report and improvement plan.
- Monitor the implementation schedule and result verification
- Perform regular network statistics, KPI monitoring and list out bad performing cell for improvement
- Assist radio engineer to measure end to end user experience and define improvement action
- Assist radio engineer in the dimension of radio capacity
- Assist radio engineer to locate new cell or site for coverage and capacity planning
- Provide emergency call out and non-office hour support

Requirement:
- Degree holder in Telecommunications or equivalent
- Fluency in spoken/written English & Chinese
- Fluency in Putonghua will be advantageous
- Holder of light vehicle driving license
- 2 year working experience in handling network optimization
- Possesses basic knowledge in programming and database will be an advantageous
