System Engineer

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for technical support for applications includes POS, hotel PMS and other Shiji products
Hardware and software installation and configuration
Liaise with clients in seeking for the best use of system solutions to enhance operation workflow
Participate in project implementation as required
Provide on-site & off-site support to the clients
Develop and maintain a positive relationship with all customers and employees

Job Requirements:

Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
Fresh graduate may also be considered
Basic knowledge in network infrastructure, PC, Windows Severs, Web applications, SQL or Linux
Previous experience in Point-of-Sales (POS) and hotel PMS systems or supporting hospitality software products would be an advantage
Willing to perform shift duties and work during weekends and statutory holidays
Good team player and good communication skills with all level of users
Good planning and analytical skills with positive attitude
