We are seeking a skilled and motivated engineer to join our team, responsible for implementing and supporting networking infrastructure and Microsoft-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting network systems and Microsoft technologies, ensuring high availability and optimal performance for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Implementation & Deployment

• Install, configure, and maintain networking equipment (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless solutions).
• Deploy and integrate Microsoft products (Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft 365, Azure services).
• Assist in migration projects (on-premises to cloud, hybrid environments).

Support & Troubleshooting

• Provide Level 2/3 technical support for networking and Microsoft solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Monitor system performance and implement proactive measures.
  

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare technical documentation for configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, changes, and solutions.

Collaboration

• Work closely with project managers and clients to ensure successful implementation.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for escalations and advanced support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience:

• 3–5 years in networking and Microsoft solutions implementation/support.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, DNS, DHCP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft technologies: Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft 365, Azure.
• Familiarity with virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware) and backup solutions.

Certifications (Preferred):

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or equivalent.
• CCNA, or similar networking certifications.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
