Key Responsibilities
• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive and delightful user experiences.
• Facilitate the client’s and product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping, and user-testing experiences for digital products.
• Design and deliver high-quality wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces (mobile, tablet, desktop, etc.).
• Identify design problems and devise elegant, effective solutions.
• Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core and new functions and features.
• Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate on designs based on user feedback and data.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members (product, engineering, marketing, and stakeholders) throughout the design and development process.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer (strong portfolio is mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver quality work in a fast-paced contract environment.

Skills & Competencies
• Expert proficiency in Figma (primary), along with Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
• Strong experience in user research, wireframing, high-fidelity mockups, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Excellent visual design skills with strong knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, and responsive design.
• Ability to collaborate well with team members and clearly communicate design decisions.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is preferred.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
