• To handle all administrative and clerical support to the Assistant Vice President of Hotel operations • To monitor daily attendance, annual leave, sick leave, special leave and resignation for the team with adherence to company policies and Macau Labour Law • TM related forms including to Coaching Letters, End of Probation Reviews, Headcount form and others • To prepare all access required for the new Team Members including door access, window account, SAP account, email account and others • Ensure project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately • Effectively communicates relevant project information to superiors • Create financial document, such PR, SR, CER and CRR • Perform other duties as assigned
