The key responsibilities of this position are as follows:

• Fluent in English and Cantonese, knowledge of mandarin is of definite advantage
• Assist Front Office Manager in personally greeting and welcoming all hotel VIPs
• Handle guest enquiry and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner
• Establish a rapport with guests maintaining good customer relationship
• Supervise and assist all Front Desk operations by making sure that these services are available and carried out with the utmost efficiency and professionalism
• Minimum of 5 years of working experience
