The Four Seasons Hotel Macao is looking for a Director of Rooms. As a member of the Planning Committee and in particular the Rooms Division, the Director of Rooms works across disciplines to deliver an exceptional experience. The Director of Rooms forms part of the Hotel Leadership team who collectively make key strategic and operational decisions for the Four Seasons Hotel Macao and the Grand Suites at the Four Seasons. The Director of Rooms, directs and controls the activities of the Front Desk, Core, Concierge, Boutique, Housekeeping, Loss Prevention, Guest Services, Guest Experiences, and Guest Relations. Assures that standards are met, guests and employees are satisfied and problems are promptly resolved. Takes actions that maximize the profit of the division. We are looking for individuals who have strong leadership and interpersonal skills, are able to prioritize and adapt to the changing needs of the operation, and can evidence having a solid work ethic, good business acumen and a passion for service. Applicants are required to have a minimum of 10 years experience with diversity of Operations management positions. A 4 year college degree is required specializing in hotel/restaurant management or business administration, or equivalent experience is required. Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
