Job Description
  • Supports the sales team by handling administrative tasks, responding to client inquiries, managing bookings for rooms and events, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
Job Requirement
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Hospitality or a relevant field is preferred
  • Previous work experience in Sales, Events, Hospitality or Administrative support is beneficial
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and English are essential for client interaction and internal coordination
  • Equip with capability of handling multi tasks and deadlines in a busy sales environment
  • A proactive sales mindset, including prospecting for leads, responding to inquiries, and offering enhancements to increase revenue
