職位簡介: -巡視及督導客房服務工作,檢查客房清潔衛生、設施設備及安全狀況,確保符合酒店服務標準。 -執行及跟進客房大清潔及特別清潔工作,確保客房品質達標。 -關注長住客及 VIP 客人的入住需求及個人偏好,做好記錄並提供適切安排。 -將客人需求及特別要求有效傳達予客房團隊,確保服務質量及客戶滿意度。 -協助管理客房用品、布草及清潔物資的存貨、領用及盤點工作。 -編排員工更表及工作分配,監督日常工作表現及營運效率。 -為團隊提供在職培訓及工作指導,提升員工服務水平及操作技能。 -處理客房相關投訴及突發情況,並採取適當跟進措施。 -協調與其他部門之間的日常工作,確保營運順暢。 -完成上級指派之其他相關工作。 要求: 高中畢業或以上學歷。 具2年或以上酒店客房部工作經驗,具主管經驗者優先考慮。 熟悉酒店客房運作流程及清潔標準。 具良好的領導能力、溝通能力及團隊管理技巧。 工作細心、有責任感及良好的服務意識。 能獨立處理工作及應對突發情況。 懂中文及基本英文溝通能力者優先。 Job Description: Supervise and inspect daily housekeeping operations to ensure guest rooms, public areas, facilities, and equipment meet established cleanliness, safety, and service standards. Conduct regular room inspections and monitor deep-cleaning programs to maintain overall room quality. Monitor the needs and preferences of long-stay and VIP guests, maintain proper records, and ensure personalized arrangements are delivered. Communicate guest requests and special requirements to housekeeping associates to ensure excellent service quality and guest satisfaction. Assist in managing room supplies, linen, amenities, and cleaning inventories, including stock control and regular stock-taking. Prepare duty rosters and assign daily tasks to team members to ensure operational efficiency. Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and guidance to housekeeping associates to enhance performance and service standards. Handle guest feedback, complaints, and operational issues in a timely and professional manner. Coordinate closely with Front Office, Engineering, and other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations. Perform any other duties assigned by Management. Requirements: Secondary education or above. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Housekeeping operations, preferably with supervisory experience in a hotel environment. Familiar with housekeeping procedures, room standards, and operational practices. Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. Detail-oriented, responsible, and customer-focused. Able to work independently and handle operational challenges effectively. Good command of Chinese; basic English communication skills preferred.
