Our client is an Insurance Brokerage. They are now looking for a Responsible Officer to join them.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily backend operations of the insurance brokerage, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal company policies.

• Provide expert guidance on insurance products, coverage options, and risk management strategies to internal teams and clients.

• Regularly assess the brokerage's business lines, products, and service quality; develop actionable improvement plans and monitor their implementation.

• Drive growth initiatives, including product evaluation, insurer partnership development, and market expansion strategies.

• Deliver regular training on industry trends, regulatory updates, and compliance standards. Support General Managers in managing back-office staff and administrative functions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher.

• Minimum 5 years of solid experience in the insurance industry, including at least 1 year in a managerial role.

• Proven ability to maintain long-term, positive relationships with industry partners, with the capacity to secure endorsements from multiple insurance companies.

• In-depth understanding of insurance regulations and compliance requirements, with demonstrated ability to interpret regulatory frameworks for daily operations.

• Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

• Must hold valid Insurance Agent Licenses for Life Insurance, General Insurance, and linked Investment.
