Manager - Business Management Unit

Responsibilities:

Facilitate the onboarding process for new customers and conduct periodic enhancements of customer due diligence reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Prepare and deliver monthly performance reports and business analyses to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations for operational improvements.
Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to streamline daily operations, enhancing workflow efficiency and service delivery.
Establish and implement new procedures and measures, ensuring regular monitoring to maintain adherence to the bank’s internal policies and regulatory obligations.
Other field related projects / duties as may be assigned

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in banking, with a focus on management support, credit origination, or related roles.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Highly driven individual with a proactive approach to work, capable of managing multiple tasks and projects under tight deadlines.
A pleasant personality with a strong customer service mindset, dedicated to meeting client needs and enhancing customer satisfaction
