Corporate Business Manager

Our client, a leading mixed-industry enterprise in Macau, is currently seeking a Corporate Business Manager to support their business expansion.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement projects by coordinating project activities, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion.
  • Responsible for overall office administration, ensuring smooth daily operations and efficient workflow.
  • Provide secretarial support to senior management in managing schedules, coordinating appointments, and handling correspondence.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support business decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Manage and maintain business-related documentation, including contracts, reports, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and information sharing.
  • Assist in budget planning and expense tracking.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Support in organizing and coordinating business events, meetings, and conferences.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Min. 5 years’ experiences in business supporting field.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining confidentiality.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to a dynamic work environment.

  • 能夠同時處理多項任務,優先排序並按時完成。
