Accountable for leading the overall sales process for service, MOD, and NBS business, ensuring results in orders, contracts, profitability, and market price development.
Ensure short- and long term sales performance for the organization and develop the market from 0 to 1.
Gather and analyze relevant market information to support sales strategy formulation.
Formulate individual sales plans, manage the sales funnel, and participate in pricing and offering activities to drive profitability.
Prepare proposals and tenders with solutions that meet customer requirements and follow up throughout the sales cycle.
Ensure the delivery of correct value propositions to customers.

Customer Relationship Management

Accountable for developing KONE’s position and customer base in the market.
Ensure development of customer relationships, profitability, customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Identify and build relationships with key decision makers, potential new targets and influencers.
Build and coordinate relationships on multiple levels between customers’ organizations and KONE as well as other stakeholders.
Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating actions with the project team to deliver on commitments.

We expect you to have:

Degree holder in business, marketing, engineering, building services or other relevant disciplines.
At least 5- years consultative sales experience in relevant industry, preferably in E&E industry.
Proven sales success records in technical sales.
Well versed in tender processes, negotiation and closing deals.
Experience in key account management and strong communication and interpersonal skills, including pricing negotiation.
A high achiever with positive and conscientious working attitude.
Willing to take challenges, changes and pressure.
Well groomed with professional appearance and etiquette.
Fluent written & spoken Cantonese, Putonghua and English.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
Immediate availability is an advantage.
