職位描述

- 帶領及推動前線團隊達致公司銷售指標
- 指導提升店鋪團隊之顧客服務及銷售技巧,帶領團隊有效地向顧客提供優質服務
- 人事管理、工作分配、團隊建立及人才培訓
- 管理店舖日常運作如貨品管理、存貨管理、店鋪視覺陳列等,以確保營運及服務符合公司指標
- 進行銷售及數據分析作出店舖生意匯報

職位要求

- 高中或以上
- 3 年以上 奢侈品牌銷售管理經驗
- 具有良好的溝通,客戶服務和人際關係技巧
- 能書寫通順的英文及中文,操流利的英語、粵語及普通話
- 掌握基本的Microsoft Office知識,包括Word, Excel 及 PowerPoint
