店鋪主管 / Shop Supervisor

職責
 
  1. 開拓銷售份額並提升顧客服務
  2. 確保店鋪提供優質顧客服務
  3. 與店鋪經理合作，計畫和完成銷售目標
  4. 提供員工培訓與發展
  5. 管理貨存並保持準確貨存記錄

職位要求：

  1. 本科及以上學歷
  2. 5年及以上零售經驗，其中2年及以上的零售管理經驗，任職于中高端消費品牌尤佳
  3. 具備專業操守和領導才能
  4. 能夠解決顧客投訴的能力
  5. 出色的協調組織能力和團隊建設能力
  6. 積極向上，能夠承擔壓力，對工作熱情並且能主動承擔額外工作
  7. 良好的英語溝通能力

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop sales share and enhance customer service.
  2. Ensure the store provides high-quality customer service.
  3. Collaborate with the store manager to plan and achieve sales targets.
  4. Provide employee training and development.
  5. Manage inventory and maintain accurate inventory records.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above.
  2. 5 years or more of retail experience, including 2 years or more of retail management experience, preferably with a mid-to-high-end consumer brand.
  3. Professional ethics and leadership skills.
  4. Ability to resolve customer complaints.
  5. Excellent coordination and organizational skills, as well as team-building abilities.
  6. Positive attitude, able to handle pressure, passionate about work, and willing to take on additional tasks proactively.
  7. Good English communication skills.
