Salary: MOP 38,000 – 40,000 (depends on experience)

Job Responsibilities:
• Drive sales growth through the creation and maintenance of visually appealing, well-organized store layouts that provide customers with a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.
• Inspire, mentor, and guide the team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve outstanding performance in a professional manner.
• Analyse and interpret sales data to optimize revenue and profitability, providing valuable feedback and recommendations to the regional manager and buying team.
• Keep a close eye on competitor activities and conduct regular store visits to ensure we maintain a competitive edge.

Job Requirements:
• High Diploma or Degree Holder in BA, Retail Management or related discipline
• At least 4 years’ managerial working experience in retail operations or customer services
• Experience in sizable retail stores is a plus
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese is a must
