職責:

處理店舖日常營運、行政、管理及維持品牌形象
管理銷售及服務質素，推進銷量及促進銷量增長以達致店舖目標、提高效率及良好服務質素
按公司規章制度處理客戶投訴及退貨事宜
鼓勵並帶領團隊成員實現銷售目標，並提供優質的客戶服務水平
根據公司內部流程，以有效及高效率的方式管理庫存
負責店舖商品陳列，並確保店舖陳列細節符合公司要求及風格
培訓和發展團隊成員，以提高工作表現及提升客戶服務技能
維持銷售團隊士氣，從而建立優質團隊及提升生產力

職位要求:

具至少3年時裝品牌相關經驗
具有領導力及團隊管理能力，能增加銷售量以達致店舖目標
對時裝零售充滿熱誠、積極、樂於接受挑戰及改變
流利廣東話、普通話及英語
具5年或以上品牌相關經驗者會考慮為助理店舖經理
