Requirements

Passionate in Kate Spade
Strong in sales and operation management, KPI analysis, rostering, visual merchandising, CRM, recruitment and staff coaching
Minimum of 5 years of working experience in luxury retail / fashion retail, with min. 2-3 years in managerial position
Fluency in English & other languages would be a plus.
Approachable personality and customer-service oriented
