Officer - Mall Operations

Position Summary
Assist Retail Team in executing daily operational and administrative duties related to Mall Operations and Galaxy Stores according to prescribed standards. Understand current process and practices in Mall Operations, establish and maintain good working relationships with internal customers to deliver high quality work to enhance team performances.

Primary Responsibility
• Perform Mall Operations and Galaxy Store duties in accordance to the established SOPs • Liaison with internal and external teams including Procurement, Finance and Vendors and follow up on purchases made by both Mall Operations and Galaxy Stores Team. Follow up on purchase and payment requests to ensure products and services are delivered as required and scheduled • Support SAP inventory control and management duties for Galaxy Stores Team in accordance to established SOPs. • Assist on the inventory control of mall operations supplies including stanchion barriers, signage stands and luggage trolleys • Assist AM - Galaxy Stores to prepare sales and inventory reports for Management's review • Provide administrative and document control support to the Mall Operations team for operations related documents including but not limited to Permit to Work applications, Maximo reporting, FandB License collection etc. • Collection and dispatch of Retailers' mails to the designated Retailers' mail room • Be responsible for all visual merchandizing activities for Galaxy Stores, property showcases and provide VM support to other BUs as and when required • Perform operations and administrative duties for AVP Mall Operations and Retail Coordination as and when required • Perform emergency duties and/or weekend rostered duties as and when required

Requirements
• Degree holder in property management or business related discipline • At least 3 years' relevant experience, or 5 years experience for non-degree holder • Familiar with Shopping Mall Management and/ or Retail Operations • Strong and effective communication skills with internal and external stakeholders • Able to work independently and under pressure • Team player with positive attitude • Computer knowledge (Microsoft Office) is a must • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
