We are seeking passionate and experienced individuals for the following positions:

Part-Time Sales Associate

Salary: MOP 60 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a dedicated team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure the highest standards of luxury retailing.
• Drive sales performance and achieve store targets.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, providing personalized styling and tailoring advice.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and brand loyalty.
• Arrange and manage social media presence on platforms such as Red, Facebook, Instagram.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1-3 years in luxury retail or tailoring for Store Director and Senior Consultant. Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Consultant position.
• Language Skills: Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin is essential. English proficiency for general communication is required.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of luxury fashion and tailoring trends.
• Familiarity with social media marketing and content creation.
