Sales Consultant
Job Description:
The sales consultant major responsibility is to achieve sales targets, providing excellent client services, diffusing brand image and culture. Continuously learning brand and product information, cooperate and assist the store manager and supervisor to perform daily operations and sales work of the entire boutique.
Major Responsibilities:
Continuously learn and improve the luxury knowledge and sales skills, providing customers with professional consulting services.
Warmly welcome customers, handle their inquiries and concerns, cultivate new and existing client relationships through exceptional service and other CRM initiatives, partnering with Management to develop a plan for their clients and prospects.
Conduct daily inventory according to the supervisor's arrangement, and assist the warehouse manager in the month-end inventory.
Assist in completing the company's brand marketing activities (including product launches and other marketing activities, etc.)
Actively develop new sales channels and seek new business growth points;
Understand and comply with all security and operational policies and procedures for the company and the boutique
Job description:
Cooperate and assist the store manager and supervisor to achieve the sales performance and maintain the brand image, and perform daily operations and sales work of the entire boutique.
The main responsibilities of a sales consultant are as follows:
Sales plan implementation and reporting:
Using your professional mechanical watches or jewelry knowledge to help the store managers and supervisors achieve personal sales goals, including sales and portfolio as required;
Demonstrate teamwork during the sales process and assist other team members in achieving their goals.
Maintain long-term good relationships with customers. Reflect the brand spirit, report to the supervisor on the communication with customers, and promptly feedback the customer's information requirements to the company to ensure better service and deepen customer relationships.
Understand market trends, competitive brands and other related information, provide customers with professional analysis, and enhance brand awareness and image.
For personal behavior management:
Strictly follow the brand requirements to ensure that personal image and behavior meet the brand requirements.
Have a complete understanding and interpretation of the brand's history, background, culture and works.
Be familiar with service standards and strictly abide by them to ensure that customers are given thoughtful service and a wonderful shopping experience.
For store operations:
Understand and comply with the boutique's safety rules and security procedures, complete the boutique's pre-opening preparations and post-opening sorting work, record the sales of works and related matters such as entry and exit, and do a good job of acceptance of works.
Ensure that the environment inside and outside the boutique is clean, and that sales tools are safe, organized, and correctly placed.
Display, clean, package, and place works in accordance with the brand's special regulations, and assist and be responsible for the management of display utensils.
Conduct daily inventory according to the supervisor's arrangement, and assist the warehouse manager in the month-end inventory.
Carefully handle after-sales service.
Supervise the construction of store repairs and decoration.
Key Requirements:
Experiences:
Position requires minimum of 1 year of relevant experience,or more of sales experience in high-end retail stores, preferably in foreign-funded stores;
Familiar with multiple mechanical watch brands and knowledge, jewelry, luxury hotels, luxury aviation, and service industries is preferred;
Have operated social media accounts such as Xiaohongshu, Douyin, Instagram, and WeChat Video Account;
Cantonese and good English listening and speaking skills;
College degree or above is preferred.

Good-looking and fashionable;
Strong adaptability and good sales skills,
Customer service awareness, careful and thoughtful, able to withstand pressure;
Able to work actively and hard to achieve sales targets;
Good communication skill;

Salary and benefits:
Basic salary (MOP): 10000-13000+private commission bonus+public commission bonus
Purchase social security fund upon employment
Six days off per month
