• Develop and execute innovative visual merchandising strategies that reflect the Louis Vuitton brand image, customized and adapted to Macau market
• ⁠Lead and manage the visual merchandising team for seven stores in Macau
• Collaborate closely with store managers and retail team to ensure consistent implementation of visual standards.
• Animate and communicate with the retail community through engaging VM walk throughs and meetings
• Provide training and support to the visual merchandising team to enhance their skills and creativity.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to keep our offerings fresh and appealing
• Coordinate local vendors for Windows and Pop in installations, in partnership with NA Design team to align with brand standards and seasonal directives
• Share feedbacks to NA VM team, about local VM needs and eventual retail initiatives planned

Profile

• Over 10 years’ experience in relevant field in fashion and/or luxury retail.
• Good communication skills in English, flexibility to work well with different cultures.
• Detail oriented
• Ability to influence and lead a team of 10 people
• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with store managers and the retail community
• Good ability in using Office Suite programs
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a team of 10 visual merchandisers.
• Passion for fashion and a deep understanding of luxury brands.
• Fluency in English is essential.
